  • Return Policy

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via e-mail and followed by a phone text within 30 days after the product has been received. Shipping costs for misprinted/damaged/defective items, except for Customs/Duties Fees, will be covered.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via e-mail and followed by a phone text no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

    All remorse returns must be in new condition. Remorse returns shipping will be the customers responsibility. All requests must be e-mailed and followed with a phone text.
