This platform grew from life as it is, not as I would have wished it to be. I have experienced more than my fair share of Relationships with those afflicted with Narcissistic Personality Disorder and suffered the CPTSD that followed.

Instead of allowing it to end with that, I chose to learn and grow. My company, Clarity & Grit, is a labor of love. It is my way of being fully present as myself, sharing the best of myself and moving forward through the noise and desires of others as well as my own doubts and fears.

Clarity & Grit is a teaching platform on how to recognize, deal with, and move past manipulation of all types. It is a source for education.​
