Remember This And Watch Fear And Anger Change

Fear and anger knows no bounds. Once infected, the disease spreads until it is felt in the very skin. There is only one way out…and that is in. Remembering to catch it, in the midst of the adrenaline onslaught, is one of the most challenging things that anyone can do. The wonderful news is that it can be caught at any time, it doesn’t have to be immediate. If it’s 8 hours, or 3 days, or even 10 years later, it can still be caught. Once you are successful in catching it, take the time to breathe into it, 4 second breath in, 4 second hold, 4 second breath out, 4 second hold while rubbing the palms of your hands on your neck and shoulders or arms and thighs, to bring you back out of your thoughts and into your body. When you come out of your thoughts, and into your body, you will know you have won…until the next time, when your time lapse of catching it will become ever so shorter.
